SEOUL — Parata Airlines has announced a special fare promotion for all its international routes from April 15 to April 24, celebrating its achievement of recording the highest passenger load factor among domestic airlines in March.
According to the airline, this promotion is a gesture of gratitude to customers after achieving a remarkable average load factor of 93.7% in March, which is a notable increase from initial figures when the airline began international operations in November 2025.
The promotion will run for a total of 10 days, excluding weekends, with discounted seats becoming available daily at 10 a.m. This new approach aims to distribute the purchasing opportunities more evenly, allowing a broader range of customers to secure tickets rather than concentrating demand on the first day of sales.
Each day, approximately 1,000 seats will be released sequentially, addressing previous issues where customers faced difficulties purchasing tickets due to overwhelming demand at the launch of promotions. This change reflects Parata Airlines' commitment to enhancing customer accessibility and satisfaction.
The travel period for the special fare tickets extends until October 24, coinciding with the end of the summer travel season, thereby accommodating various travel needs during this peak time. The promotional ticket prices start at 82,700 won ($63) for one-way flights to Osaka, 87,600 won ($67) for Tokyo, and 157,400 won ($120) for routes to Vietnam, including Da Nang, Phu Quoc, and Hanoi.
Notably, the Hanoi route, which is set to launch shortly, and the expanded Sapporo route for the summer season are also included in this promotion, broadening the options available to travelers.
In addition to the special fares, Parata Airlines is enhancing its service offerings. On routes serviced by larger aircraft, such as those to Tokyo, Sapporo, Hanoi, Phu Quoc, and Da Nang, the airline will operate a "Business Smart Seat" service. This premium option features a 2-2-2 seating arrangement, providing customers with spacious seating, priority boarding, and differentiated in-flight meals, all aimed at delivering a superior travel experience.
A representative from Parata Airlines stated, "We have revamped our sales system in response to customer feedback that opportunities for purchasing special fare tickets were limited. We plan to continue offering reasonable and accessible services from the customer's perspective." This reflects the airline's commitment to maintaining a customer-centric approach in its operations.
Parata Airlines has demonstrated impressive growth since its launch, with its passenger load factor steadily increasing from 67.2% in November 2025 to 93.7% by March 2026. This upward trend is indicative of the airline's successful market penetration and effective operational strategies.
In March alone, Parata Airlines operated 221 international flights, transporting a total of 47,245 passengers. This consistent performance has solidified its position as a competitive player in the domestic airline market, particularly on popular routes to Japan and Vietnam.
As the airline navigates a challenging external environment marked by rising fuel prices and fluctuating exchange rates, it has committed to maintaining stable operations throughout April and May. Parata Airlines aims to uphold its reliability and customer trust by ensuring that all international routes operate as scheduled, rather than resorting to drastic reductions in service.
In a broader industry perspective, airlines are currently facing pressures to adjust supply in light of economic uncertainties. Parata Airlines, in stark comparison, prioritizes its commitments to customers, reinforcing its brand trust through consistent service delivery.
As part of its strategic focus, Parata Airlines emphasizes safety and punctuality, promising to continue enhancing customer experiences that can be tangibly felt. The airline's efforts to provide high-quality service, including the introduction of business-class seating options, have received positive feedback from travelers.
Looking ahead, Parata Airlines plans to keep its operations stable and customer-friendly, reinforcing its dedication to improving customer experiences through innovative service offerings and operational excellence.
The special fare tickets will be available for purchase starting April 15, with daily allocations ensuring that more customers have the chance to book their desired flights during this promotional period.
